I work with a wide variety of people from children to the elderly, as well as couples and families. I work with depression, anxiety, borderline, anti-social, drug and alcohol addiction, and severe mental health conditions, and open to new experiences.

I am client-centered, direct, and very caring. I genuinely have your best interests at heart. I use CBT, DBT, psychotherapy, humanistic, and Gestalt approaches to support your unique needs and goals.
