My journey to mental healthcare

Since my undergraduate studies, I have developed a passion for social justice. I wanted to work with people individually to help dismantle social constructs that limit their ability to live fulfilling lives. I am driven by connecting with clients and helping them unlearn unhelpful personal schemas.

I help you reach your goals by identifying patterns that hold you back and building on your existing strengths. Together we'll develop practical strategies grounded in CBT and ACT that you can apply in daily life, creating meaningful change that aligns with your values.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask about your background and current challenges so we can begin building a collaborative plan. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
