Therapy is a collaborative journey where my goal is to help you fully identify the issues you're dealing with, develop treatment goals to manage them, and create a plan to meet your goals. I provide a safe, judgment-free space fostered by empathy, compassion, and a passion for facilitating growth and success in your life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have seen dysfunctional cycles that negatively impact well-being and daily functioning. I have always wanted to help break those cycles so people may become the best versions of themselves. Being a therapist allows me to dismantle dysfunctional cycles and empower individuals to be agents of change.

My goals for you

My approach is to partner with you so that you feel like an active participant in the therapeutic process. I will help you identify what you want to achieve and provide an understanding of the steps involved. We will move through sessions in a way that allows you to challenge yourself at a comfortable pace.

Our first session

Our first session will focus on sharing your story and unique situation. I will ask questions to help me understand what issues you have been struggling with most recently and your motivation for seeking help. This will help us determine if we may be a good fit with each other, and we can move forward to make an informed treatment plan.
