Hi there, I'm Monica!

I’m a licensed therapist (LPCC) who works with thoughtful, creative, self-aware adults navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and purpose. Therapy offers space to reflect, gain clarity, and translate insight into meaningful change.

My focus

I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity questions. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, including adults navigating masking, burnout, and high-functioning overwhelm, as well as people who feel pressure to conform.

My approach

My work integrates evidence-informed approaches, including CBT, ACT, and elements of DBT within trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming care. Rather than applying techniques mechanically, I focus on understanding the context of your experiences and how thoughts, emotions, and relationships interact.
