My focus
I am willing to see individuals, minors (ages 13-17), and families. My specialties include trauma and PTSD, anger management, dissociative disorders, and anxiety.
My approach
Complex relational trauma and attachment injuries often manifest as anxiety, depression, dissociation, hyperactivity, and mood disorders. My approach is gentle, self-guided, and compassionate as we explore inner parts of the Self that need attention, unburdening, and healing.
