I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Northern California. I have been practicing for almost 15 years and have worked at a variety of levels of care, to include (but not limited to) inpatient, outpatient, and intensive outpatient. I have experience with both primary mental health and primary substance use and co-occurring disorders.
My focus
My main focus is with individuals; however, if there is a need for a family session or two, we can discuss how we may make that happen. While I have experience in working with individuals of all ages, my preference is the age range of adolescents to older adults (12-99).
My approach
My approach is one of collaboration and compassion with a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. I utilize a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, and ACT. We will work together to find the therapeutic approach that matches your goals in our work together.
