Hi there, I'm Ryan!

I work with Veterans, people experiencing homelessness, and elderly adults, specializing in anxiety, stress, and trauma. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I help my clients feel better and achieve a sense of normalcy.

My focus

My style has been a good fit for Veterans, individuals with Substance Use Disorders, and elderly individuals. I help clients during transitional periods, working together to find purpose and meaning. My lived experience allows me to listen empathetically without judgment and with a deep understanding of your needs.

My approach

My approach is determined by your individual needs. I use Motivational Interviewing to help you make changes in problem areas, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to develop skills that manage emotions, relationships, and distress.
