You should always feel safe with and respected by your therapist, so I prioritize communicating in a warm, gentle, and compassionate manner. Any client who has the courage to commit to healing deserves a therapist who maintains a calm, courteous, and secure environment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a therapist after seeing how anxiety impacted students while I was an educator, and finding my own therapy extremely helpful and healing. I feel fortunate to have work that feels more like a calling, and I continue to be inspired by how my clients commit to making tomorrow better than yesterday.

I use a collaborative approach to goal setting that I've found most helpful and empowering. I invite you to actively discuss and mutually create a treatment plan of goals and interventions to anchor the therapeutic process. I want to help you reach the goals you most want to achieve.
