I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, and stress who want to feel better and build a happy, successful life. I address other issues you may be facing and am happy to listen and make you feel heard.

My approach

I use Solution-Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help you stop repeating old patterns and make lasting changes. Music Therapy is also available if you're feeling down or anxious and want to feel better quickly.

I set a positive, optimistic tone so you can feel empowered and authentically yourself. Sessions are warm and supportive, helping you move forward with confidence.
