My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Complicated Grief Therapy (CGT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based techniques. I tailor my approach to best meet the unique needs of each individual client.
