I have guided clients through depression, anxiety, job loss, grief, self-limiting beliefs, addiction, and sexuality. Using a variety of modalities, my goal is to create a therapeutic approach that meets your individual needs. I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California with a specialization in families.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist has been guided by a deep desire to help people feel seen, supported, and capable of change. I began my career in social work, creating meaningful connections with children and families navigating homelessness, addiction, and systemic challenges. Those early experiences taught me about resilience and empathy.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to slow down, take a breath, and begin getting to know each other. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. Most people come in feeling a mix of relief and nerves, which is completely normal. We'll spend some time talking about what brought you in and what you're hoping to get out of therapy.
