I help teens manage emotions and impulses, addressing self-harm, low self-esteem, academic struggles, adjustment difficulties, behavioral issues, and bullying.

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, social skills practice, communication curriculum, self-regulation activities, play therapy, and therapeutic games. I tailor my therapy to the unique challenges facing each individual, creating a personalized path toward growth and healing.
