My practice style works best with adults who may be dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and stress. I work to assist my clients in navigating these transitions while building new skills and developing a positive outlook on life.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, based on your needs and preferences. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you develop healthier thinking patterns and coping strategies. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which encourages acceptance and commitment to healthy activities that uphold your values or goals.
