One of my specializations is working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma history, etc.

I work with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, poor boundaries, codependency, and substance abuse. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on recovery and building healthier patterns.
My approach
Being in the field for over 20+ years, I utilize various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and Solution-Focused to name a few. I utilized a customary approach to finding a modality based on the needs of the individual seeking therapy, along with their willingness to be motivated and the time they have available.
