I provide mental health treatment to individual adults, children, families, and couples. I'm an empathetic therapist who helps clients navigate and improve their sense of self and family/partner relationships.

I have experience working with individuals, families, children, and couples. I have provided therapy services in school settings, as well as in the office and community settings. I have mostly worked with patients experiencing Depression, Anxiety, interpersonal/relationship issues, and stress.

I am an empathetic therapist with experience assisting patients to navigate and improve their sense of self and family/partner relationships. I have experience working with patients utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Attachment-Based.

I am a caring and empathetic therapist with a strong ability to connect and meet patients where they are at emotionally. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist patients in addressing stressors and impairments affecting themselves and their ability to live happier.

What most attracted me to becoming a therapist is my desire to help others gain an understanding of themselves, what makes them who they are, and how to live fulfilling lives.

I plan to meet patients where they are at, support exploring any possible barriers to growth, and help make sense of them to reach their desired goals.

Our first session

My goal for an initial session is to allow patients to feel heard and connected. I hope to gain an understanding of what is bringing them to therapy and begin addressing it at their own pace.
