My journey to mental healthcare

I arrived at this point after having the honor to work alongside different communities. This resilience motivated me to pursue further training to become an effective resource. These experiences have affirmed my professional trajectory and create an immense sense of gratitude for all the clients who have shown me trust.

My goals for you

I integrate Trauma-Focused CBT in my practice as it is effective in addressing the impacts different types of trauma have on any individual. Humanistic person-centered therapy is one of the main foundations from which I have practiced. Sessions will always be a safe space for all clients to show up as their authentic selves.

I like to begin our first session with introductions and open space for your questions or concerns. From there, we'll focus on identifying the challenges you are facing. I will approach our conversation with curiosity to gather a comprehensive snapshot of where you find yourself in life.
