I focus on people rather than diagnoses. Many of my clients struggle with depression, loneliness, or anxiety and feel stuck in cycles of worry or inaction. Therapy is a space to clarify what you want, identify what’s holding you back, and reconnect with purpose. We’ll define values, cultivate motivation, and build a life worth fully living.
