My communication style is warm, collaborative, and direct in a supportive way. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable without fear of judgment. I balance empathy and validation with practical feedback, insight, and gentle accountability to help clients move toward meaningful growth and change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a provider was driven by a passion for mental health, emotional wellness, and supporting individuals through complex life experiences. I pursued clinical social work after my own hardships and experiences, and I will forever be grateful for the clinicians who supported me.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by creating a collaborative and individualized treatment approach based on their unique needs, strengths, and experiences. Together, we identify meaningful goals, explore patterns or barriers that may be contributing to distress, and develop practical strategies that clients can apply in their daily lives.

Our first session

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we focus on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and questions or concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we move at your pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and understood.
