My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to become a therapist started in your current position. I am a combat veteran who needed support when I left the service. I fell in love with the field when I saw the progress in my family, the personal growth I developed, and the insight I gained about the world and those in it.

My goals for you

Reaching your goals can only happen through collaboration. Together, we will develop and update goals so that your journey helps you gain insight, self-awareness, and new coping skills and self-care.

Our first session

The first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other, gather background information, understand the therapy process, and how we can work together. It will also be a place to shake out the nerves about therapy, elaborate on your expectations for the process, and how I can guide you one step at a time.
