I meet my clients where they are at and work at their pace while helping create a personalized plan to achieve short-term and long-term goals. Life is not supposed to feel as hard as it does right now and I am here to help change that!
My focus
I love working with people of all ages and stages of life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck or overwhelmed in life but are ready for change. I have also had great outcomes working with clients who are unsure if anything will help.
My approach
I customize the treatment plan for each client by incorporating CBT/CPT, Person-centered therapy, Coherence therapy, Strength-Based therapy, and Attachment theory. I am trained in the treatment of ADHD and have experience providing treatment for many other disorders.
