My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep curiosity about human behavior and a strong desire to help others navigate life’s challenges. Growing up, I witnessed the impact that mental health struggles can have on individuals and their loved ones, which sparked my interest in psychology and therapy.

When it comes to goal setting, I take a collaborative approach, working with clients to identify both short-term and long-term goals that align with their values and priorities. We break these goals down into manageable steps, ensuring they feel achievable and meaningful.
