Hi there, I'm Alex!

I work alongside all my clients, collaboratively, developing goals that matter to them. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I work on fostering a special bond between myself and each client, taking a client-centered approach that respects the unique experiences that every individual brings.

My focus

I have an extensive background in community mental health and private therapy, working with clients with Substance Use Disorders, Anxiety, and Depression. In addition, I absolutely love helping couples and families work on improving their communication!

My approach

I always take a client-centered approach, honoring the unique experiences that each client brings to therapy. I generally incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, but like to utilize a wide myriad of interventions, such as EMDR when necessary.
