My communication style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I create a supportive space where clients feel heard and understood while gently challenging unhelpful patterns. I balance empathy with honesty, encouraging self awareness, growth, and meaningful change through a strong therapeutic relationship.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve always felt called to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and understood. I’m driven by this work when I witness clients develop deeper compassion for themselves through their healing journey.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative approach when setting goals with clients. I focus on creating realistic, attainable goals that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and what feels feasible for them, ensuring the process is supportive, practical, and aligned with their pace of growth.

Our first session

During our first session, we will spend time exploring internal conflicts and building greater awareness of how we will work together. We will also begin collaboratively developing a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.
