Does it feel hard to talk about your emotions or your mental health? We are often shamed for being “too emotional” or “too sensitive”. I am here to remind you that you are not weak for having emotions and together, we can create a safe space in which you can explore more about the issues you face and yourself in therapy.

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges? I work with adults who are navigating emotional distress, life transitions, self-esteem, and people-pleasing tendencies. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build you coping skills, and help you move towards your goals.
My approach
I utilize person-centered, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches. The approach I use is based on what may help you in our sessions. I focus on being warm and compassionate to build a safe non-judgmental space where you can gain awareness, shift your mindset, express you feelings, and gain new tools.
