Hi there, I'm Kylie!

I'm dedicated to providing a warm, engaging, and safe space for your therapeutic journey. My mission is to help you navigate life's challenges with sincerity, authenticity, and unwavering support. I use a client-centered and strength-based approach to create unique and individualized treatment plans for each client.

My focus

My most common clients are millennials, older adults navigating life's challenges and adapting to new transitions, and parents. I don't currently take children as the primary client, but I do have extensive experience working with young clients from the age of four and older.

My approach

I use a client-centered and strength-based approach to form individualized treatment plans. Modalities include Psychodynamic Theory, ACT, DBT, CBT, Attachment-Based Therapy, IFS, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational interviewing. I always utilize a trauma-informed lens when engaging with clients, no matter the person or situation.
