I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I am passionate about helping my clients build on their inherent strengths while helping them find solutions to challenges with self-compassion and self-empowerment. I am experienced in working with individuals such as young adults, single parents, Veterans, and the elderly.

I work with individuals experiencing physical and emotional trauma, depression, anxiety, and life changes. I help clients navigate family and relationship dynamics, adjustment to illness or injury, and other transitions in a compassionate manner.

My style of therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral and Client-Centered therapy. I use a strengths-based approach when working with clients. My primary goal in working with you is to create a safe and inviting space where healing and growth are possible.

My journey to mental healthcare

Wanting a career as a therapist came naturally to me. I've always wanted to help people and was known as a good listener. I find it fascinating how people can make changes and improve their circumstances, especially when facing adversities.

You are the source of control for how you want to live and what changes you want to engage in. I help you set a plan that is concise, measurable, and attainable. Throughout therapy, I use your goal to measure progress.
