I'm a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist passionate about helping others heal. I work with children, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and immigration or acculturation challenges. My goal is to provide a safe environment where you can feel comfortable opening up to healing and self-discovery.

I typically work with individuals from 18 to 99 years old. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, attachment issues, and trauma. I have a passion for providing culturally sensitive treatment to immigrants. I enjoy working with Spanish-speaking clients.
My approach
My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focus CBT, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based interventions, and Grief Therapy. I'm flexible in using different techniques to meet your unique needs. I'm also client-centered and strength-based, focusing on what already works well in your life.
