My areas of practice include individuals ranging from ages 5-65, couples, and families. My approach to therapy is typically more person-centered while integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-based approaches as needed.
My focus
I typically treat clients from ages 5-65. I have spent multiple years in an intensive outpatient setting, as well as multiple years in a private practice setting. I am most comfortable with treating clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, significant life changes, and relational/family issues.
My approach
My approach to therapy is to take time to get to know each client and meet them at their current point in life. By taking time to learn about each client and building trust, we can then work together and use different techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical-based therapy to treat the whole client.
