My communication style

I pride myself on creating a warm, open, and non-judgmental environment during therapy. I encourage clients to go at their own pace, with regard to sharing information about themselves and their respective families.

My journey to mental healthcare

I experienced chronic depression and self-esteem issues throughout most of my childhood. I benefited greatly from mental health professionals who helped me process my trauma and my concerns about the future. The mental health field has called me since high school. I am drawn to work that allows me to help others in a meaningful way.

My goals for you

Goal setting is an important aspect of the therapeutic process. Together, we will explore the feelings/circumstances that led you to therapy and the changes that you would like to see in the future.

Our first session

The first session usually consists of introductions and general information regarding my experience and my theoretical approaches.
