Hi there, I'm Ross!

You found a therapist who's been in the chair on both sides. I help adults navigate anxiety, addiction, relationships, and the moment your coping strategies stop working. Forty years of experience. Direct, warm, occasionally funny. Because if we can't laugh at being human together, it's going to be a long hour.

My focus

I work best with people smart enough to know something's wrong and stubborn enough to have avoided doing anything about it. Anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationships, life transitions. I've treated every walk of life. What they shared: they were more capable of change than they thought walking in.

My approach

I use CBT, REBT, ACT, Gottman method and clinical hypnotherapy - not because they sound impressive, but because I've used them on myself and they work. I adapt to what you need. Some clients want tools. Some need someone to finally say "yes, that was unreasonable." Most need both. We'll figure out which one you are pretty quickly.
