My approach
I don't use a “one-size-fits-all” type of therapeutic intervention. Instead, my approach is strength-based and client-centered by utilizing an eclectic approach derived from modalities such as EMDR, IFS-parts work, CBT, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Trauma Focus-CBT, among others that have shown to be effective at improving one's quality of life!
