The majority of my practice focuses on working with adults who are seeking support to better manage their symptoms of depression and anxiety, and learn skills to improve emotion regulation.

In my years of experience as a therapist, I have found that much can be healed through a therapeutic relationship and using evidence-based treatment approaches. I look forward to talking with you to see if EMDR therapy and DBT skills are a good fit for you.
