I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and an advanced practice registered nurse licensed in CA. I work mostly with adults and specialize in LGBTQ+ psychiatric care. My approach is patient-centered and trauma-focused, which can be applied to a wide range of mental health states/conditions.

My focus is on caring for socially vulnerable, affected populations that struggle to identify with conventional medication management providers - especially the LGBTQ+ community. My diverse employment and educational background have informed my practice model, which allows me to connect with individuals who are open to insight formation and change.

I like engaging with clients who are invested in their own well-being. I am here to hear you, support you, and advocate for you. In my therapeutic approach, I use a combination of modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation.
