I work with older children, adolescents, and adults facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, chronic pain, eating disorders, body dysmorphia/dysphoria, gender/sexual identity concerns, abuse, and PTSD. I use Cognitive-Behavioral techniques to build on strengths and develop skills.
My focus

I have experience with depression, anxiety, stress, abuse, ADHD, high-functioning ASD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, sexual health issues, eating disorders, PTSD, sexual and gender identity concerns, body dysmorphia/dysphoria, and substance abuse.
My approach
I believe understanding increases awareness of our options and power. I tailor my approach to your needs and collaborate to develop methods and goals that feel meaningful. This can include CBT, strengths-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Socratic questioning, assertiveness training, and Mindfulness.
