Thank you for taking this first step. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can discuss whatever feels important to you. Whether it’s family and/or work stressors, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I will work collaboratively with you to understand your experiences and validate your feelings.
My focus
Looking for support and assistance with building confidence, or learning how to manage your depression, anxiety? I use CBT to help you understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we challenge patterns that no longer serve you and build practical tools you can use in everyday life.
My approach
In our work together, we will explore what you have been thinking and feeling, and how unhelpful thoughts impact your overall well-being. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, which means we will look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect and work together to find practical tools that support your well-being.
