My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own empowering experiences in therapy as a teenager. I wanted to support people the way I found support during that time. That passion led me to follow this path and dedicate myself to helping others navigate their own challenges.

My goals for you

I approach this as a collaborative effort. We'll check in about your hopes for therapy, what you want to work on, and what you want to accomplish. From there, we work together to create goals that feel realistic and achievable during our time together.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and begin identifying your goals. I like to consider the first few sessions an opportunity for us to get to know one another and establish our working relationship together.
