I have worked in diverse settings, including high schools, cross-cultural community centers, hospitals, and churches. Counseling is both my passion and life’s pursuit, and I am deeply committed to supporting clients through meaningful and transformative therapeutic work.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, marital and premarital concerns, women’s issues, acculturation challenges, and life transitions.
My approach
I approach therapy from a Christian perspective and value system for clients who wish to integrate their faith into the counseling process. In addition, I draw on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, client-centered therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to support holistic growth and healing.
