Given my background in hospice and home care, I am passionate about working with elderly populations as well as veterans. I also enjoy working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and am enthusiastic about keeping my practice individual focused while being culturally informed.
My approach
My preferred therapeutic method is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, attaching thoughts to feelings to behaviors), and I also utilize Motivational Interviewing during therapy with my clients.
