I work primarily with young adults, adults, and seniors navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and low self-esteem. I'm particularly comfortable working with individuals facing cultural or systemic challenges, and I'm committed to providing a safe space where diversity is respected and valued.

My approach

I focus on the whole person within their environment, believing true healing comes from resolving issues creating imbalance. I utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help clients achieve meaningful change.

Being from a diverse, multiracial, multicultural background myself, I understand the cultural and systemic tensions we experience on a daily basis.

My journey to becoming a therapist was inspired by my desire to help others navigate life's challenges and embrace personal growth. Witnessing how life's changes impact individuals and their well-being sparked my passion for this field. Being from a diverse background fuels my commitment to providing an inclusive, supportive space for my clients.

I believe that true healing and finding your internal power come from addressing those issues that create an imbalance in our lives.
