I will both validate your strength and challenge you to do better at your own pace. I serve youth, adults, and families of all ethnic, religious, and sexual identities. I specialize in Filipinx, Asian, Pacific Islander, and American cultures. I help folx explore multicultural relationships and identity, intergenerational family issues, and trauma.

My approach

I personalize treatment for each individual's needs. My clients are the experts of their life experience; I just hold space to talk about it. It's nice being able to talk about aches, pains, hopes, and dreams with someone who has been doing this work for almost 20 years.
