My journey to mental healthcare

I was always the listener and problem solver. After time in the business world, I understood therapy was my calling. I worked in clinics, hospitals, and schools, then took time to raise a family. Now I've found meaning again in helping others.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is collaborative and client-based. It's my job to help you define the goals and work you want to accomplish in our time together.

Our first session

I look forward to getting to know you and learning what brought you to therapy. It's also a time for you to get to know me and ask any questions. Building a therapeutic relationship takes time. Session one is a chance to see if I feel like a good fit.
