I work with adults and adolescents while specializing in depression, anxiety, stress, and anger management, using Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients reach their mental health goals.

I work best with older teens and adults seeking to better manage their thoughts and feelings and develop a more positive perspective. I help individuals and couples understand why they react or behave in certain ways and how triggers impact their mental health.
My approach
My approach is specifically geared towards each individual’s needs at the time of service. I typically use Solution-Focused Therapy; however, I also combine it with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to best serve the clients to reach emotional stability.
