Hi there, I'm Joyce!

I believe the key to successful and effective therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. My goal is to provide you with a safe and trusted space where we can explore your feelings and thoughts in a judgment-free environment. It is my hope to help you find skills and coping tools to relieve your anxiety, stress, and pain.

My focus

I am often drawn to working with individuals dealing with anxiety and depression stemming from family and relationship conflicts. I also work closely with many Asian Americans who may be struggling and dealing with cultural conflicts and unrealistic expectations.

My approach

In using techniques from psychotherapy to cognitive behavioral therapy, my clients have been able to use their own strengths to achieve their goals and move on from therapy. I have extensive experience in anxiety, relationship conflicts, depression, life transitions, grief, bereavement, stress, and end-of-life issues.
