My focus
I work with adults—both individuals and couples—navigating the ups and downs of life and relationships. Many clients are managing anxiety or depression, working through trauma, or seeking support around relationship and marital challenges, including premarital work. I also help clients explore sexual issues with compassion and without judgment.
