I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with two doctoral degrees in Education and Psychology. Getting and seeking help is a strength rather than a weakness, and I can be tough, but it’s about tough love. I am here for you and want you to be here for you.

My focus

I have worked with individuals of all ages. I also see couples and families. I specialize in addiction, adoption, anxiety, bipolar disorder, child abuse, depression, divorce, grief, relationship issues, sexual abuse, sex addiction, porn addiction, spirituality, substance use, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues. I do not do EMDR

My approach

My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Solution-Focused therapy, and others. I tailor my approach to what works best for each individual client. If you want therapy to work, you need to take the suggestions and do the work. I'm for your help 100%.

My communication style

You can be who you are with me, and I will be there for you. It doesn't matter what you've done or said; nothing will be judged by me. I aim to create a safe space where you feel supported to open up and work through your challenges, but I will always be upfront and honest with you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to the mental health field by a deep desire to help people improve their lives and overcome difficulties. I have had the privilege of assisting countless individuals and families to heal, grow, and thrive.
