I work with adults and children navigating attachment and relational issues, psychological and emotional trauma, grief, at-risk youth, and those with special needs. My experience includes victims of violent crimes, couples seeking connection, and families rebuilding communication.
My approach
My methodology extends beyond traditional talk therapy, incorporating art therapy, sandtray therapy, and play therapy among other creative expressive mediums. I'm trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Gestalt Therapy to help clients process trauma and build healthier relational patterns.
