My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, SFBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and IFS to help you explore and heal old emotional pain. I don’t just sit back and say, “Tell me more.” I’m actively engaged, helping you create more balance, joy, and meaning.
