My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to mental health through a deep interest in human resilience and healing. My clinical experiences with patients facing complex psychiatric conditions inspired me to become a PMHNP. I chose this path to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that supports recovery, stability, and improved quality of life.

I help clients reach their goals by providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space, active listening, and collaborative care. I combine evidence-based treatment with personalized strategies, including medication management when needed. Together, we set clear goals and adjust the plan as progress unfolds to support lasting improvement.

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you, your concerns, and your goals. We review your history, current symptoms, and any previous treatments. I ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and begin developing a personalized care plan. You leave with clarity on next steps and treatment options.
