I work with adults and teenagers navigating life transitions, pressures, loss, and trauma from social experiences, work, health, or home. These often show up as anxiety, depression, stress, and relational issues. I help clients build self-awareness and skills, improve relationships, and tap into their strengths to create autonomy.

I use an integrative approach that draws from Client-Centered, CBT, and Attachment-Based therapies. My style is flexible and tailored to each person. Together, we build a safe, supportive environment where meaningful change can happen.
