I am acutely aware of the fact that sometimes a word, sentence, kindness, and empathy are healing. My reward for my work is when patients walk away feeling heard, validated, understood, and encouraged.

I ask patients what their priorities are and help to identify reasonable, reachable goals with a focus on small, consistent steps.

Our first session

I believe the first session is extremely important, and I gather as much individual as well as family history. I want each patient to feel they are being heard and respected for who they are and that they have my unconditional commitment.
